Before Your Visit
Managing Your Physical Condition Before Your Visit
- Please manage your physical condition and strive to prevent infection yourself from before the event.
- When coming to the event venue, please come directly and return directly home. (e.g., please refrain from dining, meetings, or large group interactions)
- Before departing for the venue, please be sure to take your temperature and confirm that it is below 37.5℃.
Those Who Will Be Denied Entry
Those who fall under the following categories will not be permitted to enter:
- Those with a fever (37.5℃ or higher) confirmed by a temperature check before entry.
- Those who are not feeling well on the day (e.g., symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, strong fatigue, sore throat, nasal discharge/congestion, taste/smell disorders, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting).
- Those who have traveled to countries/regions requiring entry restrictions or post-entry observation periods by the government within the past 14 days, or who have had close contact with residents of such countries/regions.
- Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 or who have been instructed to self-isolate at home.
- Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
- Those whose cohabiting family members or close acquaintances are suspected of being infected within the past 14 days.
Those falling under the above categories will be asked to refrain from entering.
Updates to Event Information
- The event dates and times may change depending on the spread of COVID-19. If the event dates and times change, we will notify registered attendees by email in advance.
- Please check the official website or fermata's social media for the latest information regarding the event.
During Your Visit
Mask Wearing
- All attendees are requested to wear masks at all times, both inside and outside the venue.
- Entry will be denied to those who do not wear non-woven masks or masks with equivalent or higher droplet suppression effects.
- When disposing of used masks, please seal them in a bag before discarding.
- Please pay attention to changes in your physical condition and take a break, removing your mask, if you feel hot or short of breath.
- Wearing a mask is not mandatory for preschoolers.
Temperature Check
- As a measure against infectious diseases, all attendees will undergo a temperature check at the entrance.
- Entry will be denied if a fever of 37.5℃ or higher is detected or if the temperature check is refused.
Hand Washing and Disinfection
- Upon entry, you will be asked to disinfect your hands with alcohol at the entrance.
- Please wash and disinfect your hands frequently, both inside and outside the venue.
- Although disinfectants are provided at various locations in the venue, please also bring your own disinfectant.
Loud Speech and Eating/Drinking
- Please refrain from loud speech and conversations inside the venue.
- Eating and drinking, other than for hydration, is prohibited inside the venue.
Social Distancing
- Queuing more than 5 minutes before your designated entry time slot is prohibited.
- To avoid congestion, you may be asked to move in a staggered or regulated manner.
- Please maintain sufficient distance (1m) from other attendees both inside and outside the venue.
If You Feel Unwell Inside the Venue
- If you feel unwell inside the venue, do not push yourself and inform a nearby staff member.
- If symptoms such as fever or persistent coughing are observed after entry, you may be asked to leave the venue.
- For infection prevention and safety, staff may speak to you. Please always follow staff instructions. If you do not follow instructions, you may be asked to leave.
Infection Prevention Measures for Staff and Speakers
All staff, speakers, and related personnel will undergo daily temperature and health checks.
- Staff with fever or poor physical condition will not work.
- Staff will wear non-woven masks at all times while working.
- Frequent hand washing and disinfection will be performed upon arrival and during their stay.
- Sufficient space will be maintained between individuals even in areas designated for staff and related personnel.
- In the event of any other abnormality, we will immediately coordinate with public health centers and other health administrative agencies and nearby medical institutions to promptly implement measures to ensure the health and safety of staff and related personnel.
