Established fermata Fund LLC through a joint investment with Mistletoe Japan LLC.

We are pleased to announce that fermata Inc. and Mistletoe Japan LLC have jointly established "fermata Fund LLC" with the aim of supporting Femtech-related companies in Japan and overseas. The first fund, "fermata Fund," with a scale of 2.5 billion yen, is scheduled to be launched in the autumn of 2020.
