About Partner Sales

What kind of position is this?
This is a crucial position to expand our sales network by strategically developing distributors for fermata's cutting-edge Femtech-related products, with the goal of increasing the number of partners and growing the Femtech market. In addition to supporting existing retailers and analyzing data, you will be responsible for developing new companies and retailers to handle our products. This is a highly rewarding and challenging mission where you will rapidly test hypotheses for partner sales and grow a largely untapped market on your own. -
Roles and Responsibilities
・Development of new distributors (partner sales)
・Follow-up with existing distributors and analysis of sales data
・Strategy formulation and execution to expand the Japanese Femtech product market -
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in any of the following:
・B2B sales
・New client development sales -
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in any of the following:
・Distributor development sales experience at a manufacturer or agency
・Experience designing and executing retailer support and sales promotion measures
・Experience managing profitability for retailers -
Desired Candidate Profile
・High communication skills to build trusting relationships with diverse customers
・Adept at forming and testing hypotheses from various data points
・Highly professional, adaptable, and self-driven, suitable for a small, fast-paced work environment
・Eager to take on challenges with more authority
・Able to communicate a vision to clients
・Interested in Femtech and able to approach this market openly
・Interested in the wellness of society, including your own -
Working Hours
8 hours per day (including 1-hour break), 5 days per week
*Complete two-day weekend system
*Flextime system available upon consultation -
Work Location
Roppongi office, retailers and sales locations nationwide
*Business trips to Nagoya, Hokkaido, etc., may be required
*Partial remote work possible upon consultation -
Employment Type
Full-time employee
*Start as a contractor is also possible, depending on preference -
Compensation
5 to 7.5 million JPY
*Negotiable based on experience and availability -
