Yes, we will send you an email with the monthly theme and item details before shipping. Individual changes to the contents are not possible, but we hope you look forward to receiving it.
No, there are no restrictions or cancellation fees whatsoever. Please complete the procedure from My Page at least 7 days before your next shipment.
The first delivery will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed. Subsequent deliveries will be shipped around the same time each month, based on your order date. A detailed shipping schedule will be provided via email.
