What is "boco to deco"?
Teinei-Tsuhan, which supports women's beauty and vitality, will be showcasing its upcycled Aojiru (green juice) called 'boco to deco'. It uses the entire organic Ashitaba plant, including the stems and roots that are typically discarded. This nutritional richness allows for a recipe with only two ingredients. It's an "honest Aojiru" that prioritizes wellness, without being constrained by the conventional image of Aojiru.

We will be exhibiting and selling Teinei-Tsuhan's new product, the upcycled Aojiru 'boco to deco'. We will be offering samples for you to try the taste, so please feel free to ask. We will also carefully explain how to drink it, arrangement recipes, and the product's unique qualities. All our staff look forward to speaking with you.

You can experience the organic Ashitaba, the raw material for 'boco to deco', not just by taste but also by smell. We have prepared dried and crushed "Ashitaba chips" for you to try their aroma. Please take this opportunity to experience the scent of Ashitaba.

We have prepared original cards with QR codes so you can leisurely browse information about the ingredients of 'boco to deco' and the farmers who grow Ashitaba, even at home. Please feel free to ask us. On the day of the event, we will have products available and look forward to your visit.
