Before your visit

Managing your health before your visit

  • Please take care of your health and prevent infection yourself before the event begins.
  • When visiting the event venue, please come directly to the venue and return directly home afterward (e.g., please refrain from dining, meetings, or large gatherings).
  • Please be sure to take your temperature before departing for the venue and only come if it is below 37.5°C.

Entry will be denied to individuals who meet the following criteria

Entry will not be permitted to those who meet the following criteria:

  • Those who have a fever (37.5°C or higher) during the temperature check before entry.
  • Those who are not feeling well on the day (e.g., symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, severe fatigue, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, loss of taste/smell, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting).
  • Those who have traveled to countries/regions that have had entry restrictions or require a post-entry observation period by the government within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of such countries/regions.
  • Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been instructed to self-isolate at home.
  • Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
  • Those who have a family member living with them or a close acquaintance suspected of having COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

Individuals matching the above will be politely asked to refrain from entering.


Updates on event information

  • The event date and time may change depending on the spread of the COVID-19 infection. If the date and time change, we will notify registered attendees by email in advance.
  • For the latest information regarding the event, please check the official website or fermata's social media channels.

During your visit

Mask wearing

  • All attendees are requested to wear masks at all times, both inside and outside the venue.
  • Entry will be denied to those who do not wear a non-woven mask or a mask with equivalent or greater droplet suppression effectiveness.
  • When disposing of used masks, please place them in a sealed bag before discarding.
  • Please pay attention to changes in your physical condition and remove your mask to take a break if you feel hot or have difficulty breathing.
  • Wearing a mask is not mandatory for preschoolers.

Temperature checks

  • As a measure against infectious diseases, all visitors will undergo a temperature check at the entrance.
  • If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected, or if you refuse a temperature check, you will be denied entry.

Hand washing and disinfection

  • Upon entry, you will be asked to disinfect your hands with alcohol at the entrance.
  • Please wash and disinfect your hands frequently, both inside and outside the venue.
  • Disinfectant is provided at various locations throughout the venue, but please also prepare your own hand sanitizer.

Loud voices and eating/drinking

  • Please refrain from speaking loudly or having loud conversations inside the venue.
  • Eating and drinking inside the venue is prohibited, except for hydration.

Social distancing

  • Lining up more than 5 minutes before each entry time slot is prohibited.
  • To avoid congestion, we may ask you to move in a dispersed or regulated manner.
  • Please maintain a sufficient distance (1m) from other visitors both inside and outside the venue.

If you feel unwell at the venue

  • If you feel unwell inside the venue, please do not overexert yourself and speak to a nearby staff member.
  • If symptoms such as fever or persistent coughing are observed after entry, you may be asked to leave the venue.
  • From the perspective of infection and hazard prevention, staff may speak to you. Please follow staff instructions at all times. If you do not follow instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue.

Infection prevention measures for staff and speakers

All staff, speakers, and related personnel will undergo daily temperature checks and health screenings.

  • Staff with fever or poor health will not be assigned duties.
  • Staff will wear non-woven masks at all times while on duty.
  • Frequent hand washing and sanitization will be performed upon arrival and during their stay.
  • Sufficient distance between individuals will also be maintained in staff/personnel-only areas.
  • In the event of any other abnormality, we will immediately coordinate with public health administrative agencies such as public health centers and nearby medical institutions to promptly implement measures to ensure the health and safety of staff and related personnel.
