About the Corporate Affairs Manager

  • What is the position like?
    As the head of the corporate division at fermata, a company creating the Femtech market in Asia and Japan, you will lead IPO preparations while performing daily duties (finance, management control, HR, general affairs, etc.) alongside the management team. Won't you join us in taking on a major challenge at a rapidly growing company that is a global platformer? We are looking for individuals with IPO preparation experience or those who have led business as a player/playing manager in a corporate division such as corporate planning.

  • Roles and Responsibilities
    ・Based on the business plan: ① Planning, revision, and execution of short- to medium-term management goals and capital policies. ② Planning, execution, and oversight of back-office environment development plans necessary for IPO. ③ Planning, execution, and management of recruitment plans.
    ・Investor relations, collaboration with external financial, legal, and labor supporters, and project and task management.
    ・Planning and execution of additional financing.
    ・(In the future) Handling auditors and securities companies.

  • Required Skills and Experience
    At least 3 years of experience in one of the following:
    ・Leading an entire corporate department (especially corporate planning) or general corporate affairs.
    ・Communicating with management.
    ・Project management with internal and external members, and communication skills to lead.

  • Preferred Skills and Experience
    Experience in one of the following:
    ・In a corporate role (especially corporate planning) or general corporate affairs, experience in preparing for an exit (IPO or M&A) in a position leading the entire department.
    ・Experience as a corporate manager or lead in a startup or small venture company.

  • Desired Candidate Profile
    ・Someone who can actively build and operate optimal organizational processes.
    ・Someone with strong curiosity for business and a desire for growth, who can think and execute quickly even without prior experience.
    ・Someone who wants to take on challenges with more authority.
    ・Someone interested in Femtech and able to approach this market impartially.
    ・Someone interested in the wellness of society, including themselves.
    ・Gender is not an issue (while the proportion of women in the company is high, men are also welcome).

  • Working Hours
    8 hours per day (including 1 hour break), 5 days per week
    *Complete two days off per week
    *Flexible work system may be applied after consultation

  • Work Location
    Roppongi Office
    *Partial remote work possible after consultation

  • Employment Type
    Full-time employee
    *It is also possible to start as a contractor, etc., depending on your preference.

  • Compensation
    6.5 to 7.5 million JPY
    Negotiable depending on experience, working style, etc.

  • Holidays
    Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

  • Commuting Allowance
    Provided
    *Up to 15,000 JPY per month
