Care Plus Box: Two Types Each Month
This bundle includes menstrual products and self-care items that support comfort during menstruation.
This bundle does not include menstrual products and combines intimate care, inner care, and other items.
Standard Delivery:
The type of bundle you selected at the time of subscription will continue to be delivered from the following month onwards.
To Change for a Specific Month:
Please contact us via LINE by 23:59 on the 5th of each month. You can choose from the two types of bundles available for that month.
*If we do not hear from you by the deadline, the same type of bundle as the previous month will be delivered.

Application & First Payment
Payment for the first box will be processed at the time of application. The bundle displayed at the time of application will be included in your first delivery.
First box delivered
Depending on your application date, you will receive either the current month's box or the next month's box.
Next payment around the 6th of each month
Subsequent payments, starting from the month following the delivery of the first box, will be processed around the 6th of each month.
If you wish to change the type of Care Plus
Please contact us via LINE by 11:59 PM on the 5th of each month. If no contact is made, we will deliver the same type of bundle as before.
Important notice regarding the first box
Payment and order confirmation for the first box will occur at the time of application. Therefore, cancellation, skipping, or plan changes for the first box are not accepted.
Cancellations, skips, and plan changes will apply from the second box onwards. If you wish to make changes to your next delivery, please complete the procedure by 11:59 PM on the 5th of each month.

The next theme and bundle contents will be announced on the LP, social media, and in our email newsletter around the middle of the preceding month.
For the Care Plus Box, we will announce the contents of both the "Period Care Set" and the "Non-Period Care Set."

A bundle set is a one-time product that allows you to purchase multiple items together at a discount. We recommend the subscription service for those who want to continue their care regularly, and the bundle set for those who want to try out multiple items at once.
Bundle sets and subscription services are set to be about 5-15% cheaper than purchasing each item individually. Please check the respective product pages for specific discount rates.
If the item you received is unopened, please contact us via the inquiry form. Also, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you find it difficult to continue, please feel free to consult us.
We are currently unable to change the contents of the bundle sets or offer individual customization. Fermata has carefully selected and bundled combinations of highly requested items.
Yes, you can use them together. For example, you can continue your monthly basic care with a regular subscription while trying out different bundle sets as one-time purchases.
