About the Back Office Assistant position

What kind of position is it?
You will be responsible for assisting with general back office duties at fermata Inc., including accounting, HR, and general affairs. This is a position that supports a rapidly growing startup with a small but highly skilled team. Why not leverage your experience in this role? -
Roles and Responsibilities
・Assistant for general back office operations including accounting, HR, and general affairs.
・Checking accounting voucher details.
・Managing payments and receipts on spreadsheets.
・Filing documents.
・Confirming employee contract renewals and scheduling interviews.
・Handling mail, expense reports, greeting visitors, answering phones, etc. -
Required Skills
・3+ years of office work experience using a PC.
・Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets (basic arithmetic, simple table creation).
・Practical experience with invoice processing and payment operations. -
Preferred Skills
・Experience in accounting administration or as an accounting assistant.
・Experience using internal communication tools such as Slack or Teams.
・No hesitation to take on new challenges.
・Interest in the startup industry.

Desired Candidate Profile
・Able to meticulously carry out detailed tasks.
・Able to proactively seek confirmation and advance tasks even without a manual (experts and others both inside and outside the company are available for consultation).
・Interested in women's health issues and Femtech. -

5+ hours/day (within 9:00-18:00), 3+ days/week -
