Pelvic Floor Care: LELO / Laselle | Pelvic Floor Care Products - Pelvic Floor Training Balls with Selectable Weights
My inner strength becomes my confidence.
Choose the weight that's right for you and progress at your own pace.
These pelvic floor training balls can be easily incorporated into your daily life.
Laselle is a ball designed to support self-training of the pelvic floor muscles, developed with advice from Swedish sex educators and midwives.
The pelvic floor muscles support the bladder and uterus from below, and are important muscles involved in urination, posture, and sexual wellness. However, they can easily weaken due to childbirth, aging, or lack of exercise, and it can be difficult to consciously sense their condition or movement.
Laselle contains three balls of different weights. Not only can they be used individually, but by connecting the balls, you can adjust the weight to a maximum of six patterns. From those just starting pelvic floor training to those who want a higher load, the balls can be used according to your level and physical condition on any given day.
To use, insert a ball of appropriate weight and go about your daily life. The weights inside the ball will shift with your body's movements, helping you to become more aware of your pelvic floor muscles.
Once you get used to it, you can also incorporate training where you consciously tighten and relax your pelvic floor muscles while wearing the ball. There's no need for special exercises; you can continue at your own pace within your daily routine.
The main body is made of a smooth, easy-to-clean material. It is recommended for those who want to start vaginal training or who want to train their pelvic floor muscles by gradually changing the load.
■ How to Use
- Clean your hands and the ball before use.
- Choose one ball from the three different weights that suits you.
- If using for the first time, start with the lightest ball.
- Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant gel if necessary.
- Slowly insert the ball, leaving the retrieval string outside your body.
- With the ball inserted, move your body as usual, such as walking, within a comfortable range.
- Once you get used to it, incorporate movements where you consciously tighten and relax your pelvic floor muscles.
- After use, hold the string to slowly remove the ball, then wash and thoroughly dry the ball.
Tips for Use
Start by using it for about 5 minutes at a time, and gradually increase the duration to about 30 minutes once you get used to it. The maximum usage time should be no more than 1 hour per day. If you experience pain or significant discomfort, do not force yourself to continue using it.

* Start with approximately 5 minutes of use, then gradually increase to 10-15 minutes as you get used to it. Do not exceed a maximum of one hour of use per day. Do not use the product while sleeping or when your body is inactive.
* When inserting, relax your body and insert the ball with the string facing downwards, always keeping it outside your body. We recommend using a water-based lubricant at this time.
* Please note that silicone-based lotions and massage oils cannot be used together. While any posture is fine, it may be easier to use while sitting on the floor in a comfortable position with a cushion under your lower back, lying down, or with one leg raised.
* Do not use Laselle for more than 60 minutes a day. If you experience any discomfort, remove it immediately. If the discomfort persists, consult a doctor.
