I’m currently the CEO and a Director/Board Member at OCON healthcare. An innovative women’s health company with a mission to introduce safer intrauterine drug-delivery technology to improve and impact women’s health and quality of life.
I’ve recently been invited to the World Economic Forum as a tech pioneer in our industry. Prior to OCON I served as VP Corporate Development at the European pharma company VISUfarma
In addition I was a board member of a BioLight (TASE: BOLT) company: ViSci (which I previously headed as CEO) and a University lecturer in Marketing & Business English.
As the founder & CEO of ViSci Ltd (Licensed from NASDQ: AERI) & CEO of AOPharma, I successfully led Clinical, R&D and BD activities (FDA: 505(b)(2) & 510K) that included GMP
Manufacturing, CMC, Regulatory & Clinical Operations) to achieve commercial status and MTAs (Material Transfer Agreements) including fund raising close to $80M in the various roles.
I currently sit on FemTech Lab’s admissions and advisory Board as well as LSX’s Advisory Board and I’m a Mentor at the 8400 Healthtech Network program.
I believe in strengthening women and I make sure to lead with passion, integrity and focus on my brilliant team of (mostly) women, service providers and customers. I make sure to donate my time and my earnings to and with women that are starting out their career path and those whom have made choices that require mentoring. I love what I do and I do what I love.

Stephanie Schull, PhD, aims to change the game for millions of women with radically effective products. Her first product, Kegelbell, is the only externally weighted training system to strengthen the hard-to-reach pelvic floor muscle so essential to vibrant health. She designed it to help busy modern women do a super kegel in less time with incredible results.
This former philosophy professor’s mission is to develop products in the blindspots that big business and big medicine have necessarily overlooked given their worldviews. Dr. Schull likes to say that she makes things that should have always existed. She believes very strongly in the need for a product like Kegelbell to destigmatize the space of women's health and give women permission to seek out remedies to the issues that have interrupted their happiness for years.

1984年ロサンゼルス五輪では銅メダル獲得。
2008年、伊セリエA1部リーグのコーチ就任。
2012年に帰国後、国内で監督に就任。
初年度、史上初5冠達成。
2016年10月から、全日本女子代表監督に就任。
2021年東京五輪で指揮を取る。

She has most recently been named Forbes 30 Under 30 and covered in numerous publications like The Times, Fast Company, and Glamour. Anna is a prominent creator on TikTok with nearly 400,000 followers.
Anna has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and currently resides in the Bay Area.

Born in Japan and matured in seven countries, Haruna had been exposed to multitudes of societal norms but realised one common thing across cultures and industries: stigma around sex. In an effort to normalise and democratise pleasure, they published the world’s first comprehensive, open-access market report on the SexTech industry. Since then, they have served as an advisor to sexual wellness startups and spoke to diverse audiences at international events including SXSW. Haruna is also an inaugural member of fermata inc. and completed their graduate research in sexual neuroscience.
