為2024年2月舉辦的Femtech Fes! 致上賀詞

我們「Femtech Fes!」執行委員會為本次活動準備了一年半。本次活動將於2024年2月9日登場，主要目標是促進女性科技（Femtech）市場的成長，並獲得來自25個國家、5個地區的200多家女性科技新創公司，以及日本國內外各類企業、團體和行政機關的支持。在此，我們衷心感謝至今為止所有支持我們的人。非常感謝大家。

然而，自我們開始策劃這次活動以來，世界發生了巨大變化，其平衡也開始被打破。例如，一些從一開始就贊同並持續參與Femtech Fes!的初創公司，也因為本國衝突等影響，捲入了一個看不到答案的矛盾漩渦，努力維持業務。我們也為自身的活動及其相關方在我們無法控制的地方，間接參與戰爭的可能性及其矛盾而感到痛心。

在這種情況下，我們認為我們現在能做的就是明確表達我們的立場，並真誠地面對這些矛盾。

「Femtech Fes!」抗議當今世界各地正在發生的人道主義暴行和戰爭，並支持所有在其中努力維持業務的初創公司。我們將以世界和平和所有女性身心健康的願望來舉辦這次活動。

Femtech Fes! 執行委員會 

We, the Femtech Fes! Executive Committee, have dedicated the past year and a half preparing for this event, with the primary objective of contributing to the growth of the global Femtech market. Engaging with over 200 startups specializing in femtech from 25 countries and five regions, alongside collaboration with diverse public, private and international organizations, we express our heartfelt gratitude to all who have extended their support.

Since we first started planning our event, the world has changed drastically. Some of our fellow global femtech startups, who have supported the cause of Femtech Fes! from the start, are struggling to keep their businesses running due to tumultuous situations in their countries with no clear answers in sight. We are aware of and deeply distressed that in places outside of this Committee's control, our activities and our partners may be indirectly contributing to global conflicts. 

Given these circumstances, we believe that it is important to approach our upcoming event recognizing these contradictions and with a clear stance: Femtech Fes! stands against inhumane conflicts and genocides taking place around the world. We express our unwavering support for entrepreneurs and their teams as they navigate challenges during such conflicts. Our sincere hope is for peace.
