Fermata staff will guide you through product differences, sizes, materials, usage, and care methods in 15 minutes. This service is available before purchasing, and for basic questions about products you've already bought. No purchase is necessary to use this service.

How to book:
- Select your desired date and time from the booking calendar.
- Complete the 0-yen checkout to confirm your reservation.
- Reply to the booking confirmation email with your "preferred consultation method" and "products you're interested in / what you want to ask."
The URL for online consultations and instructions for participating via LINE will be provided after booking. Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance and up to approximately 6 months out.
