FAQ
While the average for heavy flow days is said to be 30-50ml, Bea Ailight Shorts quickly absorb approximately 60ml*1 of liquid. The waterproof fabric extended to the front and back, and the waterproof piping on the sides, enclose the absorbent material, reliably preventing leaks so you can stay worry-free all day. If you are concerned about the volume of flow due to your physical condition or situation, you can also use the wing pockets in the crotch area to combine them with other sanitary items. We also recommend Bea Signature Shorts and Bea Ultra Heavy & Night Shorts, which have a greater absorption capacity of 125-150ml*1. *1: Tested by a public testing institution
The deodorizing function equipped in the absorbent material neutralizes the odors of the three main malodorous compounds (ammonia, acetic acid, and isovaleric acid) by 88-99% respectively.*1 It also has an antibacterial and anti-odor function, so you don't have to worry about odors caused by bacterial growth, making it more hygienic. *1: Tested by a public inspection agency
The part of the absorbent that touches the skin is equipped with a quick-drying, moisture-wicking function. This special material stays 98% drier than cotton and dries in half the time. It instantly wicks away liquid and dissipates it quickly, so your skin stays dry and comfortable, preventing clamminess and dampness.
It can also help with urine leakage that occurs when you cough, sneeze, or put strain on your abdomen, such as when lifting heavy objects. After use, rinse thoroughly, machine wash, and air dry. If you are concerned about residual odors, we recommend soaking it in an oxygen-based bleach.
