About the Quality Control Manager

What is the position?
You will be responsible for the duties of "Quality Control Manager" for the Class II medical device, cosmetics, and quasi-drug manufacturing and sales business at our head office. -
Roles and Responsibilities
・Overall operations related to the sales and quality assurance of Class II medical devices, cosmetics, and quasi-drugs
・Handling various issues in case of quality defects -
Required Qualifications
Candidates who meet all of the following requirements:
・Can join as a manager in the quality assurance department of a manufacturing and sales company.
・Possesses the ability to appropriately and smoothly carry out domestic quality control operations.
・Is not affiliated with a department involved in the sale of pharmaceuticals, etc., or medical devices, and there is no risk of hindering the proper and smooth execution of domestic quality control operations.
・Has at least 3 years of experience in quality control operations or similar.
"Individuals with experience in quality control operations or similar" refers to the following:
a. Supervisors
b. Management representatives
c. General manufacturing and sales managers for medical devices, etc.
d. Quality assurance managers, manufacturing managers, and responsible engineers under the old law
e. Individuals engaged in manufacturing management or quality control operations of a manufacturing and sales company or manufacturing company. -
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in pharmaceutical production
・Understanding of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act -
Desired Candidate Profile
・Highly communicative with the ability to build trusting relationships within a diverse team.
・Skilled at formulating and testing hypotheses based on various data.
・Flexible and highly self-driven.
・Interested in Femtech and societal wellness, including their own. -
Working Hours
8 hours per day (including 1-hour break), 5 days a week
*Complete two-day off system
*Flextime system may be applied upon consultation -

Roppongi Office

Employment Type
Full-time employee
*Can start with a contract basis, etc., upon request -
Annual Salary
5,000,000 to 8,500,000 JPY
*Determined upon consultation based on experience and working style -
Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off -
Commuting Allowance
Provided
*Up to 30,000 JPY per month
