I received the "Woman of Courage" award from the US Ambassador to Japan.

On March 8th, Fermata was honored with the "Woman of Courage" award by U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel at a party for International Women's Day held at the Ambassador's official residence!

The words written on the award certificate are as follows:

“In recognition of exceptional courage and leadership as an advocate in women's equality and advancement through FemTech promotion in Japan and abroad.”

(Japanese translation: Recognized for exceptional courage and leadership as an advocate for women's equality and advancement through the promotion of FemTech both domestically and internationally.)

The U.S. Embassy also sponsored our "Femtech Fes! 2022" event held last October.
We are deeply honored that fermata's domestic and international activities aimed at revitalizing the Femtech market have been recognized.

After the award ceremony, Ambassador Emanuel posted on Twitter that "the future will be safer and more peaceful as women's participation in society increases."

Fermata will continue to contribute with all its might to the growth of the Femtech market, aiming for a society where everyone can be their own best advocate for their mind and body, and achieve their dreams by facing and embracing changes in their bodies and the times.
