fermata has successfully raised funds through a third-party allocation of new shares and loans from KDDI Open Innovation Fund 3 (managed by Global Brain Corporation), Mistletoe Japan LLC, Monex Ventures, Inc., and Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
This fundraising recognizes our deep expertise in femtech products, services, and technologies, our extensive network of domestic and international experts, our business development capabilities, and our high level of specialization in related laws, regulations, and precedents.
With the newly raised capital, we aim to further expand and revitalize the femtech market in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
