The sleep x femtech project aims to support women's health throughout their lives through sleep. Changes in female hormones, linked to women's specific health challenges, are connected to sleep via the body's internal clock. By achieving sleep that suits individual needs, we believe it's possible to make days that are unintentionally swayed by female hormones a little more manageable.

Learn about the latest research findings on menstrual cycles, postpartum families, and menopause. Also on display are an aroma diffuser, a bed pad for menstrual stain protection, and a sensor that measures sleep without attaching to the body!

A sleep improvement instructor from the Sleep Research Institute will answer your sleep-related questions in a 20-30 minute session. This is a special exhibition event! (Reservations prioritized)
