About the Community Manager

  • What is this position?
    As a Community Manager at fermata, a company creating the Femtech market in Asia and Japan, you will be responsible for planning and executing operations that define the ideal community and meet short- to medium-term goals. Your main role will be to plan and implement measures to strengthen and grow communities formed by shop customers and event attendees. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a challenging spirit who enjoys navigating uncharted territory and wants to lead fermata's unique community management.

  • Roles and Responsibilities
    ・Analyzing the current state of the community and defining its ideal form
    ・Setting short- to medium-term goals (to be decided in discussion with management)
    ・Planning, executing, managing progress, and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives to achieve goals

    You will lead "Femtech Fes!", a popular event in the Femtech market, together with CCO Nakamura.

  • Required Qualifications
    ・At least 3 years of professional experience
    ・Experience in roles involving human interaction, such as fan community management, recruitment planning, or sales
    ・Ability to plan and execute with innovative ideas, without being bound by conventional methods
    ・Enjoy the process of accumulating small, incremental measures to create significant impact

  • Preferred Qualifications
    ・Experience organizing events or engagement initiatives for residents in shared office spaces or similar environments
    ・Experience planning initiatives to boost engagement in fan communities for B2C brands
    ・Experience planning initiatives to foster reader communities for media organizations
    ・Proficiency in English
    ・Experience in PR activities
    ・Experience working at a startup or small venture company

  • Desired Candidate Profile
    ・Ability to think independently and take initiative with flexible ideas
    ・Strong logical thinking skills
    ・Curiosity about the Femtech business and a strong desire for self-growth
    ・Interest in your own well-being and the well-being of society

  • Working Hours
    8 hours per day (including 1-hour break), 5 days a week
    *Complete two-day weekend system
    *Flexible working hours may be applied upon consultation

  • Work Location
    Roppongi Office
    *Partial remote work possible upon consultation

  • Employment Type
    Full-time employee
    *Starting as a contractor is also possible depending on your preference

  • Compensation
    To be discussed based on experience, working methods, etc.

  • Holidays
    Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off

  • Commuting Allowance
    Provided
