With Care Light, fermata will deliver carefully selected care items each month, tailored to the monthly theme.
The contents will change monthly. Themes for subsequent months will be announced on our LP, SNS, email newsletters, etc., typically around the middle of the previous month.

■ Delivery Schedule
fermata Care Light has a cutoff date of the 5th of each month at 23:59, and shipments are made around the 6th to 10th of each month.

■ About Payment
・The first payment is made at the time of application
・Subsequent payments are made around the 6th of each month, starting from around the 6th of the month following the delivery month of the first BOX
・Example: If you apply on or after June 21st and start with the July BOX, the next payment will be around August 6th
■ About Changes, Skips, and Cancellations
Please complete cancellations, skips, plan changes, and address changes by the 5th of each month at 23:59.
Procedures made on or after the 6th will be reflected from the next month's delivery.
・Cancellation deadline: Until the 5th of each month at 23:59
・Skip deadline: Until the 5th of each month at 23:59
・Plan change deadline: Until the 5th of each month at 23:59
・Address change deadline: Until the 5th of each month at 23:59
・Procedures made on or after the 6th will be reflected from the next month's delivery
・The first BOX will be paid for and the order confirmed at the time of application
・Cancellations, skips, and plan changes will apply from the second BOX onwards
