Me Luna Cup Classic is designed with average firmness, great for anyone to use. 

Recommended if you:

• don’t work out, or are using menstrual cups for the first time
• want to use the cup daily 

<Me Luna Cup Sport>
Me Luna Cup Sport is firmer than Me Luna Cup Classic. The cup is designed to open easily inside the vagina and stay in place even with intense exercise. 

Recommended if you:

• exercise daily and have strong inner muscles
• play sports or exercise
• struggle to keep menstrual cups open inside their vagina with Me Luna Cup Classic or other menstrual cups
• are looking for a cup that is easy to open in any folding method
• are used to using a cup with relative firmness

Also recommended even if you don’t exercise daily, but have opportunities to train muscles doing daily tasks such as going on walks, riding a bicycle, carrying children, etc.

Me Luna Cup Sport is only available in size M.
Refer to the following size descriptions to find the cup that suits you best based on your body and amount of menstrual blood.

Size S is recommended if you: 

• have never used a menstrual cup and are not comfortable with vaginal insertion
• have never given birth before

Size M is recommended if you:

• use 5 ~ 6 sanitary napkins on a heavy day
• have never given birth before / those with experience of one or two vaginal deliveries

Size L is recommended if you:

• cannot change the cup during the day
• use 6 ~ 7 sanitary napkins on a heavy day
• have experience of vaginal deliveries
