The 5th session of "Taboo wo Jiyuu ni Labo" (Taboo-Free Lab), a cross-industry collaborative project by POLA, has concluded successfully. Fermata supported the project for approximately five months starting in May.

This project brought together female employees from 16 companies engaged in women's health management and femtech businesses to plan solutions and ideas for women's health issues. Fermata fully participated in the planning and operation as an advisor, contributing to the creation of active discussions.

■Comment (Sae Ota, Manager, Production Division, fermata Inc.)
While receiving consultations from various companies regarding femtech, I often think, "I wish we could connect the ideas and technologies of different companies." This project precisely achieved that. We were able to overcome corporate barriers, empathize with individual concerns through shared issues, and create wonderful synergy in a psychologically safe environment.

■About "Taboo wo Jiyuu ni Labo"
This is a cross-industry collaborative project that collaborates with 15 companies working on women's empowerment and women's health management. The project aims to promote women's advancement and create new ideas by bringing together individuals facing similar challenges to discuss solutions to working women's health concerns.
