About the Logistics Manager

What kind of position is this?
This position involves importing and managing the logistics of various Femtech products, primarily sourced from the US, Europe, and Asia, handled by fermata, which is working to create the Femtech market in Japan. In the future, you will also be responsible for improving costs and efficiency across all logistics to expand transaction volume. -
Main responsibilities
※Basic English reading and writing skills are sufficient.
・Import operations for products primarily from overseas
・Planning, monitoring, and optimizing import operations
・Communication with couriers and freight forwarders
・Communication with domestic warehouses (supervision from inbound to outbound)
・Handling problems and complaints from clients and customers
・Improving efficiency and reducing costs of logistics operations
・Ensuring compliance with Japanese laws and guidelines -
Required Qualifications
・At least 1 year of experience in general product import business or logistics/supply chain management
・Native level Japanese
・Driving skills (you will need to rent a car to go to the warehouse in Kawasaki City) -
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in import operations from overseas transactions
・Experience working in small teams such as SMEs or startups
・English (basic reading and writing level)
・Understanding of MAH system and Pharmaceutical Affairs Law
・Knowledge of PSE/Giteki regulations and other regulations applicable to electronic devices in Japan -

・Someone with experience taking initiative in their work, such as confirming or consulting independently even in ambiguous situations
・Someone with a mindset for improvement, such as enhancing operational efficiency and managing risks

Working Hours
8 hours per day (plus 1 hour break), 5 days per week
※Complete two-day weekend system
※Flextime system may be applied upon consultation -

Roppongi Office

Full-time employee

Annual Salary
4.5-5.5 million JPY
※Determined upon consultation based on experience and work style -
