■ How to Use

Before use, thoroughly wash the entire cup with lukewarm or warm water.
Keep it within reach, such as by the bedside, so you can remove it immediately after use.

① After intercourse, prepare while lying down
After ejaculation into the vagina, take the cup while remaining in a lying position as much as possible.
It is recommended to insert it while lying down, as sitting up can cause semen to flow out easily.

② Turn the cup inside out, forming an umbrella shape
Turn the cup inside out to form an umbrella shape, and hold it so the stem (handle part) points towards your feet.
Supporting the inside of the umbrella with one index finger makes insertion easier.

③ Slowly insert the cup into the vagina
Slowly insert the cup into the vagina and push it upwards.
It will naturally stop near the entrance of the cervix when inserted deep into the vagina (approximately 6-10cm).

※If insertion is difficult, gently fold both ends of the inverted cup and insert it for smoother placement.
※Using a lubricant gel if needed can make insertion more comfortable.

④ Return the cup to its original shape and complete insertion
Gently pull the stem to return the inverted cup to its original shape.
Insertion is now complete.

After insertion, you can go about your daily life, such as showering or using the toilet, while wearing it for
20 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour.

⑤ Removing the cup
After wearing, gently pull the stem to remove the cup.
Do not pull it out suddenly; remove it slowly.

⑥ Post-use disposal
After removal, flush any remaining semen down the toilet.

⑦ Cleaning and Storage
Thoroughly wash the entire cup with lukewarm or warm water and dry it.
After drying, store it in a breathable pouch, such as the included cotton pouch.
