■ Delivery Schedule
fermata Care Plus closes orders on the 5th of each month at 23:59 and ships between the 6th and 10th of each month.

■ About Payment
・The first payment is processed at the time of your subscription.
・Subsequent payments will be processed around the 6th of each month, starting from the 6th of the month following the delivery of your first box.
・Example: If you subscribe after June 21st and start with the July box, the next payment will be around August 6th.
■ About Changes, Skips, and Cancellations
Please complete any procedures for cancellation, skipping, plan changes, or address changes by the 5th of each month at 23:59.
Procedures carried out on or after the 6th will be reflected from the next scheduled delivery.

・Skip deadline: Until 23:59 on the 5th of each month
