How to Use
■How to open the lid of the cleaning cup
① Slide the lid cover to open the steam hole.
② Pull out the bottom of the main body to form a cup.
③ Press the main body's holder ring downwards with your thumb to remove the lid.

■Usage 1: Sterilizing your menstrual cup in the microwave
① Place the menstrual cup in the cleaning cup and fill with water up to the top line.
② Close the lid with the steam hole open and microwave. (目安：500W for 5 minutes, 600W for 3 minutes)
③ The cleaning cup will be hot immediately after heating, so allow it to cool before removing. Alternatively, use mittens or a cloth to remove it and discard the hot water through the steam hole.
④ Cool the main body with water, then open the lid and remove the menstrual cup.
※Be careful not to burn yourself.

■Usage 2: Cleaning your menstrual cup when there is no sink available
① Place the menstrual cup and water (tap water or drinking water) halfway into the cleaning cup and close the lid tightly.
② Shake vigorously until the menstrual cup is clean.
