In a fermentation factory nestled at the foot of Mount Hiei in Shiga Prefecture, surrounded by nature, each ingredient is carefully placed into barrels by hand and slowly aged while listening to classical music. The resulting extract is a pure gift from nature, extracted without the use of any additives such as water or oligosaccharides, and without heating.
With a sweet flavor based on fig paste, it is suitable for children, pregnant women, and people of all ages. Also recommended for vegans.

Non-heating process
Upon arrival at the factory, the organic vegetables and fruits are carefully washed one by one while still fresh, and then each type of whole vegetable and fruit is slowly aged with organic brown sugar.
To deliver it as is, we carefully extract the raw fermented extract without heating.
