■ How to choose your size
The fit of a menstrual cup depends on the condition of your pelvic floor muscles. When choosing a size, we recommend using your age and childbirth experience as a guide rather than your menstrual flow.

■ About hardness
The Esprit is designed with a balanced hardness that is neither too soft nor too firm. It is designed to open naturally in the vagina and create a good seal. It prioritizes stability even in a short-type model.
■ How to use
① Fold the cup using your preferred method and insert it into your vagina.
② Confirm that the cup has opened and sealed against the vaginal wall.
③ To remove, pinch the base of the cup to release the seal, then slowly pull it out.
*It can generally be used for 8 to 12 hours, but adjust according to your menstrual flow.

■ Care and storage
Boil to sterilize before first use and once a month. For daily cleaning, use lukewarm water or a mild soap. Store in the included case, away from direct sunlight.
■ For menstrual cup beginners
If you're new to menstrual cups, we recommend trying it for short periods when you can relax. If you've experienced discomfort with previous cups, the short model Esprit might be a good fit for you.
