Plaisir is available in M/L sizes. When choosing a size, we recommend focusing on childbirth experience and pelvic floor muscle condition rather than menstrual flow.

■ Regarding hardness

Designed with balanced elasticity—neither too soft nor too hard. It opens easily inside the vagina and maintains a stable balance even when you're moving.

■ How to use

① Fold the cup and insert it into the vagina.
② Ensure the cup has opened and is sealed against the vaginal wall.
③ To remove, pinch the bottom of the cup to release the seal, then gently pull it out.
*It can generally be used for 8-12 hours, but adjust based on your menstrual flow.

Folding the rim of the cup slightly makes it easier to remove.
