■ How to use

① Fold the cup using your preferred method and insert it into your vagina.
② Check that the cup has opened and is sealed against the vaginal wall.
③ To remove, pinch the base of the cup to release the seal, then slowly pull it out.

Boil the cup before its first use and once a month. For daily cleaning, wash with lukewarm water or a mild soap. Store in a dry place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
