■ About the texture

Lunette menstrual cups are made of smooth medical-grade silicone.
They are designed with a balance of softness to fit the body easily and elasticity to open naturally inside the vagina.

The rim at the top of the cup is shaped to easily receive menstrual fluid, and the bottom has ridges to aid in removal.
The air holes make it easier to release the suction when removing, and the flat stem can be adjusted in length as needed.

■ How to use

1. Wash your hands and clean the cup before use.
2. Fold the cup. Find the folding method that suits you, such as the C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold.
3. In a relaxed position, insert the folded cup into your vagina.
4. After insertion, lightly touch the bottom of the cup or rotate it slightly to confirm that the cup has opened.
5. To remove, do not pull only the stem; pinch the bottom of the cup to release the suction, then slowly remove it.
6. Discard the menstrual fluid, wash the cup, and then reuse it.
   

When using for the first time, it is recommended to practice when you have plenty of time and can relax.
If insertion is difficult, you can use a small amount of water-based lubricating gel. Do not use oil-based lubricants.

The length of time it can be used varies depending on menstrual flow.
The maximum usage time is approximately 12 hours; do not use continuously for longer than that.
