■ Recommended features of this product
Lunette is a Finnish brand that has been manufacturing menstrual cups since 2005.
Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, it is chosen worldwide as a "classic balanced type" menstrual cup that is easy for beginners to handle.
A menstrual cup is a menstrual product that is folded and inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual fluid inside the body.
Because it collects fluid in the cup instead of absorbing it, it is easy to use while maintaining the natural moisture of the intimate area.
It can be used for up to 8 to 12 hours, depending on your menstrual flow.
It is an easy-to-use item for situations where you might be concerned about changing pads, such as running, swimming, sleeping, or traveling.
Vegan, BPA-free, and latex-free.
Since it can be reused, it is also recommended for those who want to reduce disposable menstrual products.
■ How to choose your size
Lunette menstrual cups come in two sizes: Size 1 and Size 2.
Please choose according to your menstrual flow and preference for comfort.
Size 1 (Small) | Softer
Recommended for those with light to normal menstrual flow, and first-time menstrual cup users.
Suitable for those who change their daytime pad 2-3 times a day, or those who prioritize ease of use to start with.
Size 2 (Large) | Firmer
Recommended for those with heavy menstrual flow and those who want more capacity.
Also chosen by those who change their heavy-day pad every 2-4 hours, those with strong pelvic floor muscles, and those who have had a vaginal birth.
Size 1: Diameter 41mm x Length 47mm, Capacity 25ml
Size 2: Diameter 46mm x Length 52mm, Capacity 30ml
■ About the texture
Lunette menstrual cups are made of smooth medical-grade silicone.
They are designed with a balance of softness to fit the body easily and elasticity to open naturally inside the vagina.
The rim at the top of the cup is shaped to easily receive menstrual fluid, and the bottom has ridges to aid in removal.
The air holes make it easier to release the suction when removing, and the flat stem can be adjusted in length as needed.
When inserted correctly, it is designed to minimize discomfort and be easy to use during daily life and exercise.
■ How to use
- Wash your hands and clean the cup before use.
- Fold the cup. Find the folding method that suits you, such as the C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold.
- In a relaxed position, insert the folded cup into your vagina.
- After insertion, lightly touch the bottom of the cup or rotate it slightly to confirm that the cup has opened.
- To remove, do not pull only the stem; pinch the bottom of the cup to release the suction, then slowly remove it.
- Discard the menstrual fluid, wash the cup, and then reuse it.
When using for the first time, it is recommended to practice when you have plenty of time and can relax.
If insertion is difficult, you can use a small amount of water-based lubricating gel. Do not use oil-based lubricants.
The length of time it can be used varies depending on menstrual flow.
The maximum usage time is approximately 12 hours; do not use continuously for longer than that.

■ Care and storage
After each use, wash with a menstrual cup wash or a gentle, unscented soap.
After washing, rinse thoroughly with water to ensure no soap or cleaning agent remains.
At the beginning and end of your menstrual cycle, sterilize by boiling in water for about 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly before storing.
Store in the accompanying breathable linen pouch, not in an airtight container.
If washing with water is difficult when out and about, you can use menstrual cup cleaning wipes, such as Lunette CupWipes.
After your menstrual cycle ends, always wash, boil, and dry the cup before storing.
