There have been many ways to train your pelvic floor such as yoga and exercise, but with Elvie Trainer, you can train your pelvic floor like a game, anytime, anywhere.
It’s simple to use -- here’s how:
After inserting Elvie into your vagina, link it to the dedicated smartphone app, and the force sensor built into the product will measure the pelvic movements and send data to the smartphone app.
On the app, a five minute exercise program that matches the goal you set will be displayed. The tightening of the muscles in your vagina will be reflected in the movement of the game in the app.
It’s a great way to train your pelvic floor like a game, and is recommended for those who haven’t been able to keep up with yoga or exercise, or those who aren’t good at exercising.
The product is connected to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, so there is no need for an Internet connection. Bluetooth is transmitted from the end part of the product.

▼How to use
- Charge the Elvie Trainer and connect it to a device with the dedicated app via Bluetooth.
- Wash your hands clean.
- Wash the Elvie Trainer with gentle soap and lukewarm water, and rinse well.
- If necessary, adjust the size with the custom cover. Be sure to wash and rinse the custom cover before use.
- Insert into vagina so that the tail-like part remains outside the body, and try to see if it fits. If there is any discomfort, apply a water gel that is safe to enter the body.
- Spread your legs shoulder-width apart and hold the device with the app. The height of the device should be at the center of your body (around your navel).
- Follow the instructions in the app to start exercising.
- For postpartum women: we recommend that you start regular pelvic floor training after childbirth. 6 weeks after childbirth, please seek medical advice before using this product.
- For those experiencing pain or other symptoms in your pelvic area: Please consult a doctor before using this product.
- The dedicated application can be used with Android 4.3 or later (excluding Huawei products) or iPhone 4s or later that has Bluetooth function.
